Why does my order contain multiple shipments?
Depending on weight and products contained, your order may come in multiple shipments. We do this to avoid the additional handling and carbon emissions involved in bringing all products together in one location and then shipping the combined order out to you.
If it’s not for you, we will make it right.
We are committed to making your Takezo experience awesome. If for any reason we have missed our goal with your experience, we want to make it right.
To request a refund or replacement, on unopened and unused product please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 60 days of receiving your shipment. Depending on the product in question, we may need to arrange for you to return those items and we will work with you on that. Also, all sales are final on opened product and apparel but send us an email anyway to see what we can do to make it right. In all cases, shipping charges are non-refundable
Unfortunately, we must acknowledge the possibility that this policy gets abused so we do retain the right to refuse or restrict this guarantee based on our discretion and best judgment.
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive damaged product, we want to know. Grab your phone, snap a photo and email it to email@example.com and we will replace it as soon as possible, at no cost to you (of course).
